Yoga dates back to over 5,000 years, and is a form of a spiritual practice in India and Nepal. In recent years, benefits of Yoga on the human body has been approved by modern medical science, and has been used for treating various health related problems- it can lower blood pressure, reduce stress, improve coordination, flexibility, concentration, sleep, and digestion, to name a few.

Magnificent mountain views, ecological and cultural diversity, ethnic villages with terraced farmland and hospitable local people make this an exciting and fascinating trek in itself. Yoga and meditation on the grassy meadows of the foothills of the majestic mountains and a relaxing bath in natural hot springs, to enjoy the curative power of thermal springs, combine to make this trip, the experience of a lifetime.

Trek Itinerary

Day 1
Arrive Kathmandu
Pick-up from airport, transfer to hotel, trek briefing.
Welcome dinner at Kathmandu's finest Nepali restaurant.
Day 2
Kathmandu - Half Day City Tour/Sightseeing
Visit the ancient temples and monuments of old Kathmandu.
Lunch and Trek Briefing with free time for sightseeing.
Day 3
Fly to Pokhara (980m) 30 mins and trek to Pothana (1950m)3.5 hours
Early morning flight to Pokhara, transfer by private vehicle to trailhead of Dhampus and trek on to Pothana.
Day 4
Trek to Landruk (1751m) 5 hours
Wake up 6am, cup of herbal tea and gather on the flat, grassy field just 25m from the lodge for our first yoga session. After breakfast we climb steadily to a pass called Bhichok Deorali (2100m). The trail contours around the valley and we descend gently to Landruk. 
Day 5
Trek to Jhinu (1740m) thermal springs 3.5 hours
After Yoga in the morning, we descend stony steps and trek along the banks of the Modi Khola until we reach 'New Bridge'. We cross and ascend 1.5 hours to Jhinu, where we lunch and indulge in the hot springs.
Day 6
Trek to Chuile (2250m) 4 hours
Today's walk includes quite a lot of undulation. We begin with climbing stony steps for 1.5 hours to reach a resting place with a couple of teahouses. From here, the trail that continues to climbs north towards Annapurna Base Camp, but we take the lower trail which descends, crossing a landslide reaching the village of Ghurjung. We continue descending to Kymrong Khola. Here we cross a bridge and then climb up stony steps again for an hour up to reach Chuile.
Day 7
Trek to Banthanti (2700m) 3 hours
There is open grassy field in front of the lodge, from where, beautiful views of and Annapurna can be seen. It is a perfect place for Yoga and Meditation. After a session of yoga, we continue to trek through the village for a while, and then we enter a dense and beautiful Rhododendron and Magnolia forest. We climb for about an hour to reach Tadopani, at the top of a pass with stunning views. We trek for about another 1.5 hours to reach Banthanti. We stop before the village, at 'Tranquillity Lodge'. This is situated in the middle of the forest in an extremely peaceful setting, since it is a short day, you have the afternoon free to relax and explore.
Day 8 
Trek to Ghorepani (2850m) via Deurali (3200m) 4 hours
We continue our trek through the forest, climbing stony steps for about 2 hours to reach the pass of Deurali (3200m). You get panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. There are a few lodges here with Tibetans selling jewelry and antiques. After Deurali, we walk along a spectacular ridge with views of both mountains and lowland valleys. You may see a few Griffon vultures and some eagles too. We walk along this beautiful ridge for about 1.5 hours to reach Ghorepani, a busy village with at least 30 lodges. There are a few internet cafes, libraries, pubs and bakeries. It is quite a change after walking through remote villages for 6 days. It is famous for the sunrise view from Poonhill, which is about an hour climb from the village.
Day 9
Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3230m) for sunrise views and trek to Tadopani (2600m) 4 hours
We wake up very early, and after a cup of tea, climb well trodden stony steps up to Poon Hill. It takes us about 1 hour to reach the top of Poon Hill. From here we get spectacular sunrise views on the Annapurnas and Dhaulagiri ranges. After spending about an hour here we head back down to Ghorepani retracing our steps back to Tadopani, along the ridges, and through dense forest.
Day 10
Trek to Ghandruk (1951m) 3 hours
We trek through a rhododendron forest and after a couple of hours we reach Kymrong Danda. From here we descend to Ghandruk. Ghandruk is an ethnic Gurung Village. The carpet and handicraft factory, run by the Ama's group (mother's self-help group) is worth visiting. In the afternoon, we will go to the ACAP headquarter to watch a documentary about the Annapurna area and issues regarding local conservation.
Day 11
Trek to Nayapul (1010m), drive to Pokhara (890m) 3 hours
From Ghandruk, we descend very long stony steps (2 hours) down to Syauli Bazaar, passing beautiful terraced farming fields and villages. From Syauli Bazaar, we continue along the banks of the Modi Khola for another 45 mins to reach Nayapul which is junction to the highway that connects Baglung district with Pokhara. We are then transferred by private vehicle to Pokhara and checked into a nice hotel. The rest of the day is free. In the evening we will dine out at one of the many lakeside restaurants. We will celebrate with our trekking staff, as it's their last day before they head back to Kathmandu.
Day 12 
Pokhara (sightseeing in the morning) afternoon free
Today we take a boat in the morning to the other side of Phewa lake. From here we climb 30 mins to the top of the hill to visit the international Peace Pagoda, an impressive Buddhist stupa. You get fantastic views of the entire range of the Annapurnas, and its reflection on the beautiful lake. After spending about an hour, we go down and take our boats to the Lakeside to start our tour.
First we go to see the Seti gorge, which is a deep river gorge with milky coloured water flowing underneath. Then on to the Bat Cave, an underground cave, where you can see thousands of bats. After lunch we visit the Devi's falls and the International Mountaineering Museum. We return to the hotel by early afternoon. The rest of the day is free for shopping and taking a walk along the Lakeside.
Please note: If you have special interests in Kayaking, Paragliding (or even Para hawking), Mountain biking etc you can skip the sightseeing to fuel up on some adrenaline!
Day 13
Drive to Kathmandu 5 hours
We drive from Pokhara, early in the morning and reach Kathmandu by early afternoon. We are then checked into our hotel with the evening free.
Day 14
Kathmandu, at your leisure
Today is a free day. You can take the day to relax, shop, or sightsee! There are some great places that are worth visiting while you are in Kathmandu. Your Group Leader can suggest and organise transport to a few of these places. Bhaktapur is just one that is recommended. Final evening we have a celebration & party to wish you farewell!
Day 15
Departure
Onward travel or return home to catch-up with friends and family.
